Banking was BLAH, so when Michelle got the opportunity to switch careers she did. Advertising proved to be her true calling. Script writing and commercial production? Media planning and buying? Retail promotions? Michelle's done it all. She shifted focus a few years ago and is now President of FactFinders, our market research division. Her research findings inform and enhance our advertising campaigns. Proof that whether it’s marketing or market research - Michelle’s got her finger on the pulse.
Beverly is one of the original 3 founding partners of Adworks. A graduate of Moore College of Art in Philadelphia, she comes from a diverse background in advertising and marketing. She did a 7 year stint in the art department of one of Nassau's largest newspapers - The Tribune, served as Advertising Manager for Maura's (a multi-faceted Bahamian Retail Company) and from 1987 to present, produced ads, POS, annual reports, brochures and booklets for an array of clients including J.S. Johnson, Bahamas Waste, Bank of The Bahamas, JM Smucker, Procter & Gamble and Majestic Tours. Her graphic design skills and administrative expertise (someone has to do it!) makes Beverly an integral part of the Adworks Team.
She’s not just another designer. With over 30 years of marketing experience and a passion for advocacy campaigns, Kate has helped direct the creative development of social, animal and environmental initiatives like WakeUpBahamas, One Bahamas and Baark. From annual reports for The Lyford Cay Foundation, to collateral material and campaigns for diverse brands, Kate always brings a fresh perspective. She stumbled into her dream job as a designer and considers herself one of the lucky ones - doing what she loves. In 1987, she and her original partners, Beverly Hilton and Julie Lightbourn successfully launched Adworks. Today, Kate’s strong sense of design, hands-on approach and vision, prove she's still in love!
